Flagheppie Flo Effect

Well!! I finally got myself insured. Now to put myself out there...slowly but surely. My hope right now is to offer classes at the park, weather permitting. I currently only have 2 trapeze setups so I'd only be able to do those classes 2 at a time. On the mat classes, obviously, can be any number. I will be offering free discovery classes, so there's no reason not to come try it out. Thanks for checking me out & being patient as I try this adulting life out! Stay Tuned!!!

So this is my attempt to put myself out there and my new yoga certifications. I am certified in yoga trapeze through YogaBody and am almost done with my 200 hour ytt. I'm hoping to turn my passion of helping people into something a little healthier. I truly enjoy making others feel good about themselves! Stay tuned as I'm slowly putting all this together!
