Our first playdate will be this Wednesday (7/15)
6:00 PM Hanawalt Playground

To help our newest Hawks get to know one another before the school year begins we're planning to meet every Wednesday at 6:00 PM through the start of the school year (weather permitting).

These playdates are a fun, low-key opportunity for children to meet future classmates and become more comfortable before the first day of school. They're also a great chance for parents and caregivers to connect with other kindergarten families. As their schedules allow, some of our kindergarten teachers may also stop by to say hello! Siblings are welcome, too!

Abakar Family Fund Update 🤍

We want to thank you all for your generosity and kindness. We are incredibly grateful to share that we’ve raised enough to truly wrap Bilal’s family in the love and support of our Hanawalt community.

We hope to present the donation to the family by tomorrow June 11 or Friday June 12. If you would still like to contribute, please do so by the end of the day today (Wednesday, June 10).
