I’m reading (listening) to this book now. It is absolutely fascinating! Most of the mahjong podcasters have recently been talking about reading it and saying how great it is. I’ve been putting it off because I thought I wouldn’t like it. I don’t read nonfiction. I only read fiction and self-help. Well, I was wrong! I am absolutely loving it! I highly recommend it!

🦃🕎🎄 Something BIG is coming to the MoCo mahjong community this holiday season…

The holidays are the hardest time of year to keep a regular game going — and the best time to join a flex league. 🀄

Your Tuesday group scatters. People travel. Everyone’s busy. But you’ve still got the occasional free afternoon, and you’d still rather be at a table than not.

That’s the whole idea! No fixed night, no standing commitment. Open the portal, join a game someone’s posted or post one yourself, and play when it actually works for you. You’ll meet players outside your usual four, and your house is already decorated — might as well put it to use.

Eight weeks. $80. All skill levels welcome.

Scheduling opens October 12. Play starts October 25. Registration closes November 8.
