3 world champions came to our studio and left our students with something that goes beyond weapons training. 🥋🏆

Ben Jones. Kaitlyn Vong. Dawson Holt. Sword, kamas, and bo staff with the best in the sport.

Here is what they taught us beyond the weapons:

There is no win or lose. There is win or learn.

Training matters but effort makes the difference.

Winning does not happen overnight. One of these champions did not win their first tournament until four years in.

Very grateful to these 3 world champions for traveling to our studio and inspiring our students.

What a weekend at the US Capitol Classics tournament!🥋

Yesterday was a day of firsts.

Sammy stepped onto the national stage for the very first time, representing our Pandas Karate Competition Team in both Forms and Weapons.

Our instructor, Ms. Auden, also challenged herself by entering her very first tournament ever, competing in the Korean Forms division.

While neither finished in the Top 3, they both walked away with something just as valuable, experience, confidence, and lessons that will make them stronger moving forward.

We’re proud of the way they represented our studio with respect, determination, and heart. National level competition is no small challenge, and every event is another opportunity to grow.

On to the next one. 👊

What an incredible day at the Girl Scout Festival in Franklin Square, Washington, DC! 🥋💚

We were honored to be invited to lead a karate workshop on the main stage, connect with so many amazing Girl Scouts at our booth, and share the confidence, focus, and self defense skills that martial arts can build.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by for our demos, giveaways, and workshop. Your energy made the day unforgettable!

Earlier this week, Pandas Karate celebrated its 17th anniversary, and we’re feeling incredibly grateful.

Over the past 17 years, we’ve had the privilege of meeting amazing people, celebrating countless milestones, and watching students grow in ways that go far beyond martial arts. It’s been an honor to be part of so many journeys.

To every student, parent, instructor, and supporter, thank you for being part of our story. You are the reason we’ve made it this far, and we’re excited for everything that’s still ahead.
