Recently, the DVS Math Club presented to the school board. Some of the Mathletes explained what Math Club was and the fun we have during our training sessions after school. The school board was even challenged to complete a puzzle similar to the ones they do! Later that week, 64 DVS Mathletes competed in a national math competition with over 39,000 participants. Several DVS Mathletes earned top scores, including eleven students scoring in the top 50% of the competition, and one student scoring in the top 10%! We are so proud of all of our amazing Mathletes!
