🥋 Big lessons for our littlest martial artists! ❤️

Our Lil Samurais are learning that self-control starts with recognizing what’s happening in our bodies.

What does our body look and feel like when we’re MAD? 😡
What about when we’re CALM? 😌

And most importantly — when those big feelings come, we can change our body, slow ourselves down, and give the upset time to pass.

These are the skills that go far beyond the mats. 🥋💪

We’re collecting easy-to-prepare food items for End 68 Hours of Hunger – Derry, helping local children have food to eat during the 68 hours between school lunch on Friday and school breakfast on Monday.
