Happy Third Eye Chakra Day!

Good afternoon and welcome to Soul Talk everyone. Today is Third Eye Chakra day so let's talk about intuition.
Our intuition comes from our Third Eye Chakra and that is because it is seeing what we can't. It picks up on the universal frequencies that tell us there is more than meets the eye. There is a lot of information out there on how to unlock the Third Eye but in my opinion it is LOVE and GRATITUDE that will get the job done best:)

When we place LOVE and GRATITUDE into our lives we have no choice but to see another side of things. The LOVE and GRATITUDE we hold within us will raise your vibration enough to shake off any false illusions that might come our way. Instead of seeing things on the surface we will start to see a deeper truth and meaning to them. We will see all sides to every story and also all solutions that maintain LOVE and GRATITUDE for all involved. Because LOVE is in all of us and we are all ONE the Third Eye knows not to let ego and separation divide us.

Today let’s use LOVE and GRATITUDE to help our Third Eye Chakra to SEE the LOVE in all things. Use your intuition and take notice of your choice to follow LOVE. The more you choose LOVE and GRATITUDE the more your Third Eye will open…and eventually you will only see LOVE and GRATITUDE!

Today the Universe handed me MOLDAVITE!

MOLDAVITE is known as one the highest vibrational crystals on earth. However MOLDAVITE is not from this earth! MOLDAVITE can only be found in the location of a fallen meteorite that crashed 150,000 years ago. It was formed when massive heat and pressure was driven into the earth combining earth materials and materials from out of this world!

Happy Throat Chakra Day!

Hi everyone and welcome to Soul Talk. Did you know the Throat Chakra not only covers our mouth and our words but also our ears and the way we listen? Of course using the Throat Chakra to express ourselves in kind and loving ways to others is a great thing but what about listening to others in kind and loving ways?

When we choose to put LOVE and GRATITUDE into our Throat Chakra we can be receptive to others needs and actually listen to what they are saying. Many times we have conversations with others and the conversation is turned around and made about us instead of staying present and having Gratitude for another. The reality is that person most likely came to you so you could listen to them with your heart and give them comfort and support and not to compare situations.

Today on this Throat Chakra Day let's try to LISTEN to others using LOVE and GRATITUDE for them. Hear what they have to say and use your ears to feel the vibrations they are telling you. Once you are focused on LOVING them and understanding them now you can use your Throat Chakra to respond with words of kindness:)

Happy Heart Chakra Day!

Welcome to Soul Talk everyone. Today is Heart Chakra day and all about LOVE!

Today I would like to share with you a meditation technique I use to fire up my Heart Chakra and feel that fantastic LOVE energy flow throughout my body and into the world.

-Step one is to find a place where you can take a few minutes to center yourself and quiet your mind. This can be a meditation area, in the shower, outside, even in your car before you start your day as long as it's for you.

-Close your eyes and take slow calming breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Do this until you are present in the moment. By focusing on your breath you mind will now be aware of YOU and not everything else.

-Now with your eyes closed, notice that you are in a Black void of space and also that this Black void is UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

-You are now surrounded by UNCONDITIONAL LOVE all around you.

-Feel its comfort and warmth LOVING and supporting you in every way

-Now breath in that UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and feel it Align with your Heart Chakra in the center of your chest

-After a few breaths of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE start breathing IN with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and OUT with GRATITUDE

-Take deep slow breaths filling you up with LOVE and when you exhale imagine all the things you're GRATEFUL for while breathing out the brightest LIGHT you can imagine.

-Deep breath in…Feel LOVE fill you up

-Exhale blowing out LIGHT of GRATITUDE

-Imagine every breath of LIGHT combined with LOVE is the creation of the things that bring LOVE and JOY into your Heart Chakra

-Enjoy the flow of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE !

-LOVE in…my partner…GRATITUDE out
-LOVE in…my home…GRATITUDE out
-LOVE in…my family…GRATITUDE out
-LOVE in…my friends…GRATITUDE out

-LOVE in…my violets…GRATITUDE out
-LOVE in…my experience…GRATITUDE out
Once in meditation this can go on forever:) Each time I breathe out I see and feel that bright LIGHT of LOVE flowing out into the universe from my Heart Chakra!

Happy Solar Plex Day!

Good morning everyone and welcome to Soul Talk:) Today is day 5 on our Soul Talk Chakra Journey and also Solar Plex Chakra day! Our Solar Plex is connected to YELLOW and today I would like to tell you about one of my favorite crystals that holds YELLOW within it and always brings me peace, comfort and awareness. AMETRINE !

AMETRINE is a combination of PURPLE AMETHYST and YELLOW CITRINE.
The Amethyst is connected to our Crown Chakra providing inner strength and intuition clearing mental stress and giving a soothing sensation of calm and clarity.
The Citrine is connected to our Solar Plex Chakra providing self confidence and power to manifest our desires.

Together Amethyst and Citrine create the Beautiful AMETRINE:)

-use AMETRINE to achieve harmony between mind, body and spirit

—--AMETRINE is truly one of my favorite crystals. Once I discovered it and its qualities that it holds I actually decided it was the crystal that I wanted to give to my Fiance as an engagement ring. What a great crystal to put on the woman I LOVE so much. It will provide her with calming soothing LOVE energy while allowing her to manifest the life of her dreams:) For me it seemed like the perfect fit for us and our future together. I will always know she has the wonderful energy of AMETRINE to guide her. There is actually a fantastic story of LOVE and FLOW that brought us the ring against all odds…maybe another post:)

Today's pick was SHIVA LINGHAM!

Shiva Lingham is said to be one of the highest vibrational stones on earth. They are found only in one place on earth in the Narmada river in India. This river is considered sacred and these stones take their shape from the flow of the river. They are only picked once a year and are hand polished to reveal a smooth surface.
The shape and color represents the Male and Female Energy merging and creating Balance within. Using this stone can help us to balance our own masculine and feminine energy and help create a more harmonious state of BEING:)

Happy Heart Chakra Day!

Good morning everyone and welcome to Soul Talk. Today is Heart Chakra day and also day 6 on our Soul Talk Chakra Journey. The Heart Chakra is our center Chakra and the balance point between our physical body and our spiritual body. We might look different and we might have different spiritual beliefs but we ALL have the same HEART center fueled by LOVE energy:)

Today I want to show you in one of the best ways to balance your Heart Chakra. It's simple and its effect is out of this world! It will create a warm glowing energy inside your heart that will have no choice but to flow out of your body and affect others. It will change your day, It will change the day for others and it will send LOVE out to everything around you. Are you ready for it?!

It's called a HUG! That's right, a simple HUG is one of the most powerful tools we have to create balance in our Heart Chakra. When we HUG another we are not only tapping into our Heart Chakra but also connecting to theirs. We are taking the action to allow our LOVE energy to flow out to them and when they HUG you back a connection is made:)

Now let's take a look at what a HUG should be. My opinion on HUGS is that they have become too short and to get the effect of true HUG it needs to be for at least 9 seconds. In my home because I give the best HUGS I have 3 versions, each one is more powerful than the next.

18 SECOND HUG
27 SECOND HUG
While HUGGING another stay present in that moment and be GRATEFUL for them. Feel that LOVE energy building up and flowing between you both creating balance in your Heart Chaka and in theirs! Today I encourage you to try one of these HUGS and see how it makes you feel and how it makes others feel. I think you will like it :)

Today you can help your Solar Plex Chakra by using the mantra I CAN! When we place I CAN in our vocabulary and use it daily we are telling ourselves we have the confidence and strength to achieve our goals. The I CAN will fire up your Solar Plex Chakra and bring you the personal power that is needed.

If you catch yourself with self doubt or overwhelm try this …Stop…Stay Present…I CAN (achieve this goal)...Repeat your I CAN until you FEEL your Solar Plex Chakra warm up just below your ribs…Notice your Thoughts(frequency) and confidence rising up…Now you are ready:)

Happy Sacral Chakra Day!

Today is day 4 on our Soul Talk Chakra Journey and Sacral Chakra day. Our Sacral Chakra is our second Chakra and is about our connection to others. It is the place where we form our bonds with our friends and partners and also where we hold the LOVE we have for them and our experiences we have had together.

Today on this Sacral Day let’s try and be aware of all the connections and bonds we have with others in our life. This can be a present friend or a friend from the past. It can be your partner or a family member. It can be anyone who you have bonded with in your life. You can even start a new connection with someone if you like… a smile is a great way to start :)

While we are aware of our connections let’s take it a step further and fill those connections up with LOVE and GRATITUDE! Look back and FEEL while you remember all the good times that brought LOVE and JOY into your life because of these connections. Now feel the Sacral Chakra flowing up with LOVE energy reaching your HEART center!! It FEELS GREAT to be LIT UP on the inside right…?!

Now here is the best part…GIVE THAT GIFT TO ANOTHER! Let them know you hold LOVE and GRATITUDE for them. Show them you care and cherish the connection you have with them. Maybe it's been awhile but who cares… time isn't real anyway..LOL. Today let the Sacral Chakra flow and reach out to all of our connections so they know we are still connected and LOVED just like always. “TIME” might slip away but that doesn't mean our connections need to:)

Happy Root Chakra Day!

Good morning everyone and welcome to Soul Talk. Today is Root Chakra Day and day 3 on our Soul Talk Chakra Journey. The Root Chakra is where we hold our core beliefs and most of these core beliefs are handed to us from others. Because our Root Chakra is developed from age 0-7 a lot of these beliefs are from our childhood and the way we were raised in our family. These core beliefs are set deep into the Root Chakra and help shape who we are today. Here is the thing… are these core beliefs even true? Do they serve who YOU are or who you want to BE?

Today try and look inside of your Root Chakra and see if there is anything holding you back from LOVE,GRATITUDE and JOY in your life. Feel your Root Chakra Energy and its connection to EARTH and feel your strength setting up that solid foundation for YOU! Remember who YOU are and WHY you are here. Is it to live in fear or to LOVE and BE LOVED? To BALANCE the Root Chakra choose LOVE and follow that LOVE and it will reveal a new core belief about yourself:) This is where the change starts and once you BELIEVE then the UNIVERSE will do the rest!
