Special Thank You to Scarlet Begonia for this rewarding donation!! 📚

𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲 is HERE 🦋

Over the past month, we have been working on creating something very special for the youngest citizens in our community… Dolly Parton believed in literacy & the love of reading. To honor Dolly, we have chosen to donate $400 to Ms. Camille Crim’s classroom library at deputy_elementary_mcs AND give each one of her students $20 to grow/start their own library at home!

The $ to create this donation came from Shane Smith & the Saints & Clay Street Unit - 2 of the phenomenal bands that I sold merch for at Unbroken Circle Music Festival 🦬⭕️ I promised to match EVERY penny they donated!! $900 total will be invested into Ms. Crim’s classroom!!

Also, when you spend $50 at 🌺 Scarlet Begonia 🌺 today - you will get to donate a book to your choice of our local schools!!

“If I’m remembered 100 years from now, I hope it will be not for looks but for BOOKS.” ~ Dolly Parton

We are so thankful for our PTO members and the time, thought, and love they put into making our Deputy Elementary staff feel appreciated each month. ❤️🐾
