Good morning everyone,
After reviewing the survey results and weighing several options we have decided on the following:

Venue: Four Star Event Catering (Oak Valley)

Date: Saturday October 9th (4 hours evening)

Options: Buffet Dinner, Open Bar (top shelf liquor, beer and wine), DJ

Price: $65 per person with one additional guest permitted

If was clear that this option was the best one considering location, cost and desired food/alcohol options. We also wanted a Saturday Evening instead of a Friday.

Payment information will follow on the next post. We will also provide a list of people that are not on Facebook and work to get the word out to them.
