If you want to build a team from the ground up, Mason McGloin is a good person to start with.

The recent Depew graduate and 2025-26 Lancaster/Depew Bee Male Athlete of the Year thrived on the football field and basketball court, and also played baseball.

“He’s a building block for any program,” Depew boys basketball coach Brandon Comacho said. “He’s very reliable, works harder than anybody you have and is committed. He’s a great student, so you don’t have to worry about him causing problems in any way. He’s everything you would want as a leader in a program. On top of that, he’s an exceptional player.”

The 2025-26 Lancaster/Depew Bee Female Athlete of the Year played a major role on the Lady Wildcats’ basketball, flag football and soccer teams.
