Recently, interim CEO, Liz DeCoursey (2nd on left) traveled to Chicago to attend a 2-day Executive Summit hosted by Habitat for Humanity.

We know she learned some new strategies and collaborated with other Habitat leaders from across the U.S. We are eager to learn how we can build more and serve more families in our service area.

In Memory of Dr. Anthony F. Novembre
On October 1, 2017 the Celebrate the Children Foundation learned our dear friend, Dr. Anthony “Tony” Novembre passed away after losing his battle with leukemia.

We were all very blessed to have worked with Tony on the Foundation. Honestly, if it hadn’t been for Tony the Foundation would not exist today. It was his vision, dedication and perseverance that got us off the ground and kept us going. He was our cheerleader and advocate and he was very generous with his time and giving to the Foundation and its mission. Even though he was officially ‘retired’ he never stopped offering support and advice.

We will miss him dearly and offer our sincerest condolences to the entire Novembre family. Thank you for sharing this very special, gentle, and kind man with us.
