2 MEN KILLED AFTER CONFRONTING CAR THIEVES: Denver PD says 2 car owners, 19 y.o. Jacob Lopez and 33 y.o. Christopher Nabors was shot and killed in separate cases after confronting suspects trying to steal their car. Azzubair Outen-Fleming, wanted in the fatal shooting of Penn State student Billy Schmidt in Philadelphia, was arrested in Colorado Springs after a nearly month-long manhunt. MAN OUT ON BOND ARRESTED AGAIN: 53 y.o. Craig Nothaus was arrested again after El Paso County deputies say they found 6.4 grams of m**h during a traffic stop. Deputies say Nothaus was already out on bond from a May arrest involving 24 grams of m**h and did not have a valid driver's license.

TWO PEOPLE SHOT IN COLORADO SPRINGS SHOOTING: On June 27, Two people were shot on Sunset Road and taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Colorado Springs PD later searched 300 Iowa Ave. after reports of a possible suspect, but no arrests have been made.

Colorado is ranked the 2nd most dangerous state in the US.
