Yoga with Sonia

Happy Friday! If you have a friend that’s over 55 and lives in Denver, I teach a chair yoga class on Thursdays from 2:30pm to 3:30pm at the Highlands Senior Center. It’s accesible to all. If you have limited range of motion, don’t want to get on the ground, or are new to yoga this is for you. You’ll be surprised how much yoga you can do seated and standing.

There's a new documentary called Stutz on Netflix that I recommend watching. Jonah Hill interviews his therapist Phil Stutz who has a unique approach to psychiatry, mental health, and life philosophy. Many concepts cross over with Buddhism and yoga philosophy, and many will sound familiar, but the tools he shares are very practical, visual, and can be applied immediately. Have a great day!
