At Smith Elementary, we know that magic doesn't just happen in the classroom, it’s cultivated by leaders who lead with their hearts. This National Assistant Principals Week, we are sending an extra special "thank you" to our very own, Mr. Bates. 🍎

Mr. Bates, thank you for being the steady hand and the warm smile our students look for every single morning. Whether you’re high-fiving a student in the hall, helping a child navigate a tough day, or supporting our teachers behind the scenes, your impact is felt in every corner of this school.

Welcome Back, Ballarat Adventurers! 🌲🎒

We are beyond excited to have our 5th graders back on campus today! While we missed their energy here at school, we are so thrilled they had the opportunity to experience the magic of Ballarat.

From hands-on history to building teamwork and independence, this trip is always a milestone. It’s more than just a field trip; it’s an awesome, once-in-a-lifetime experience where memories are made and friendships are strengthened
