I am teaching tomorrow night Better Buzz Yoga at 5:30pm!
The other exciting thing - and it will be my BIRTHDAY!! I couldn’t ask for a better birthday present than your presence (see what I did there?!) I would be beyond grateful to see your face ⭐️
$15 drop in OR $30 for 30 days (spoiler alert...there’s someone coming in November you might want the 30 days for 🙂) other than the already awesome teaching staff.

Sunday 10/1 at 8:30am will be my last Sunday morning class at The River. This class has meant the world to me. I'd love to say "thank you" in person for the last three years in that time spot. (I'll be moving to Thursday at 5:30pm as of 10/12) but until then, please come and smile, breathe, sweat and 💕

With the help of my friends, I've got extra hands for love, support and additional assists. AND Mothers drop ins for $10 all weekend!!
If 8:30 is too early, my girl Yoga with Joy, will have something amazing for you at 10am.

A little reminder - tomorrow set your clocks forward, yoga at 8:30am will feel like yoga at 7:30am! What a gift, even earlier on a Sunday. If that's too early come for Joy's 10am (really 9am :)
