One of the best ways to understand what’s possible with Registered Apprenticeships for Young People? See it in action.

At NYAS 2026, attendees can step inside Pinnacol Assurance, one of Colorado’s pioneering Registered Apprenticeship programs for young people, for a firsthand look at how apprenticeship can thrive in a corporate and professional services environment.

You’ll hear how Pinnacol’s program has evolved over nearly a decade, explore how they’re building a strong talent pipeline and hear directly from former apprentices who are now driving business results as full-time employees.

Be among the first to see what’s next for career-connected learning in Colorado.

The Cherry Creek Innovation Campus is expanding by 130,000 square feet, adding nine new career pathways in fields ranging from robotics and aerospace to EMT, HVAC, welding, film, and motion design. The expansion is designed to give more students access to hands-on, industry-connected learning.

And just days before NYAS 2026, the expanded campus will open its doors.

Our proposed panel, "The Teacher Pipeline Is Broken. Here's the Fix.", highlights how states are using registered teacher apprenticeships to build sustainable educator pipelines through partnerships across K-12, higher education, workforce agencies, and employers.

Attendees would leave with practical strategies for financing programs, aligning licensure, supporting mentor teachers, and scaling apprenticeships in their own communities.
