Dear Lynx Family,

It’s that time of year again! With only 47 days left until finals, Student Life is excited to start planning our annual Last Day of Classes (LDOC) celebrations! We’re reaching out to all departments and offices to invite you to collaborate with us in creating a memorable experience for our students on this special day.

LDOC will take place during the week of December 2 - 6, 2024, and we’re eager to highlight the diverse range of events and activities that our campus community has to offer. Whether you’re planning a workshop, tabling, performance, exhibition, or any other type of event, we want to hear about it!

If your office is hosting an event during this week, we encourage you to submit it for inclusion in the LDOC lineup. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your office’s initiatives and engage with students in a fun and celebratory atmosphere. By participating in LDOC, you’ll be contributing to a campus-wide tradition that we hope will continue to grow and evolve with each passing semester. Our goal is to send off our students with an unforgettable student experience that they’ll cherish for years to come.

The Office of Global Education at CU Denver | Anschutz, in collaboration with Metropolitan State University of Denver, is excited to be hosting our bi-annual Study Abroad Fair on September 10 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Tivoli Turnhalle!

We invite all of you to attend the fair! This will be a great event to learn more about study abroad options that we offer, or chat with OGE staff members if you are interested in leading a program. CU Denver | Anschutz and MSU students can expect free burritos, swag, and a chance to chat with faculty and third party providers about a variety of study abroad options available to them.

We request your support in helping us market the event. Attached is a fair flyer, Instagram tile, and Instagram story. If you could share these within your departments and networks, it would be greatly appreciated! If you run a newsletter, we would be extremely grateful to have the study abroad fair included.
