Check out our very own Morey alum - Jude!
He wrote this script while he was a student at Morey and this past weekend came back here to film. We will be rooting for it to make it to Sundance!

Our very own, Mr. McFadden! We are lucky to have him!

📢Shout out to Kendall for making sure the doors are wide open for every single student at Morey! We are thrilled to present him with this week’s LOD award for his relentless work in modeling equity and ensuring excellence is accessible to all.👏

"Kendall models equity by actively removing barriers so more students — especially students of color — can access rigorous Math 1 instruction in middle school. He partners with the math team and admin to identify and support capable learners and pushes for a different schedule structure to support this. Kendall also cultivates culturally responsive instruction, high expectations and tracks outcomes to ensure all students stay on track. His ongoing advocacy for staffing, scheduling and resources ensures that advanced math is a possibility for every student, not a privilege for a few."

Our Morey Math Counts Team placed 3rd overall at the Denver Metro Competition - moving on to the state competition! Two individual students also advanced to states with Caden placing 3rd overall individually and Kiran placing 10th. We had 6 total students participate and they all did an amazing job representing Morey! Way to go Mustangs!

Our Morey Robotics team took home 2nd and 5th place in their first competition last week! They had a blast and learned so much, we can't wait to see what they do at their next one.
A huge shout-out and thanks to our PTO who bought the robots last year!!
