There are leaders who manage, and then there are leaders who inspire. This National Assistant Principals Week, the Swansea Elementary family is bursting with pride as we celebrate our incredible AP, Mr. Rodriguez. 🐎

Mr. Rodriguez, thank you for the heart you pour into our school every single day. We see the way you show up for our students, not just as an administrator, but as a mentor, a champion, and a constant source of encouragement.

The Central Community Hub is offering Basic Mobile Device Skills Workshop (in English and Spanish) 📱💯 Small classes will be taught on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9 a.m., and childcare is available. More information is available on the flyers!

Students do NOT have school on Monday, January 19 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We'll see our students back at Swansea on Tuesday, January 20.

The Central Community Hub is hosting a Workshop, "Enhance your Family’s Mental and Emotional Well-Being" on January 20th and 22nd 🧠🩵

What: Calm and Kind Family Program is designed to equip parents with the tools to support their children emotionally in three key areas: Mental Health, self-regulation, and managing your own emotions. You’ll learn practical strategies to help your child manage their emotions in healthy ways to provide calmer, more effective support. Come connect with other families, and share tips for your parent toolkits!

Giveaways (gift cards and more), Snacks, and Childcare Provided! This session will be offered in English and Spanish💬
