A reminder for every artist, producer, and songwriter who has ever gotten stuck trying to make something perfect before it’s even finished.
Get the idea out first.
Make the rough version.
Commit to the arrangement.
Finish the song.
You can always come back, revise, re-record, remix, and improve it later.
Progress usually comes from finishing, not endlessly adjusting.

Recording Horns with the Zephyr Brass Collective is coming to DVLP Academy from 5–8 PM, giving you the opportunity to experience the process of recording live brass inside the studio.

At DVLP, learning happens through collaboration, conversation, experimentation, and working directly alongside people who care about the same craft.

Songwriting creates the foundation for everything that follows. It teaches you how to turn emotion, concepts, melodies, rhythm, and structure into something another person can connect with.

At DVLP, we focus on developing the creative process behind the song, not just the technical process behind the production. ✍️
