ALERT: I HAVE BEEN HACKED, AND ANY REQUEST FOR INVESTING IS A FRAUD
Hi Folks,
Someone has been impersonating me on Facebook—using my profile photo, family images, professional details, and sometimes my name (or fake names) to join dental groups. Recently, I was made aware of a post that is likely an investment scam. Please be aware: I am not posting about investments.
If you see posts that look like they're from me about investments:
1. Take a screenshot of the post.
2. Send it to me directly, along with the group name.
3. Report the post or account to group admins and to Facebook.
I have reported this to the FTC and Facebook, but the imposters create new accounts when previous ones are removed.
I have also recently filed a complaint with the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center.
The best way to stop this is with your help in swiftly reporting fraudulent posts so Facebook can take them down.
