The 2025 Redwoods Analyst cohort crushed it in DS2 last week- moving from deep dives into EQ reports, hearing from our CPO Stephanie Hendrickson, and enjoying bonding across Denver!

Whether we were building competing towers of cups and straws, practicing tough conversations, or getting hands-on in the kitchen at Stir, it was awesome to see everyone connect in and out of the office. These analysts are building genuine connections while leveling up as leaders! ✨

We just wrapped up our final development session, DS4: Upskilling & Career Growth, with the amazing 2024 Redwoods Analysts in Los Angeles! 🌴☀️
 
From diving into DaVita’s 2030 Ambitions and exploring career mobility, to connecting at a sunset ceviche class, it was an unforgettable week preparing this cohort for their next chapter.
 
It has been such a privilege to watch this group learn, develop, and grow over the course of the program. We are incredibly proud of the leaders they are becoming and can’t wait to see the continued impact they’ll make at the Village.
 
This isn’t a goodbye, just a “see you later!” 🌟
 

The 2025 Redwoods Residents gathered in Los Angeles this past week to focus on leadership development, reconnecting as a cohort, and to continue building momentum in their practicum journey—strengthening their leadership mindset and preparing for what’s next! 💫

Kicking off our first 2025 Redwoods Analyst Development Session the best way we know how — together. 🌲

From connecting with leaders in the village, to meaningful clinic visits, to sharing lunch and conversations that went beyond the surface… this group showed up with curiosity, energy, and heart.

And we got in fun with some winning Nuggets action 🏀🔥 — because great teams aren’t just built in sessions, they’re built in shared experiences.

Proud of this cohort and the way they’re already leaning in. This is just the beginning. 💪

The 2025 Residents Practicum Prep session was underway last week in Atlanta- equipping the Residents with the tools they need to lead and thrive in their clinics!

Practicum Prep is all about sharpening leadership skills, building confidence, and gearing up for the journey ahead. Thank you to the local Endeavor leadership team for hosting us! 💫🌲

Our 2025 Redwoods Analysts completed their Vow & Master Class and have joined the Village ready to make their mark! 🎯

They heard from inspiring leaders, tackled two real-world case studies in teams, and built connections that go beyond the classroom — all while enjoying fun activities like a food tour, screen printing, and a scenic hike in Golden surrounded by fall colors. 🍂

This week we officially welcomed the 2025 Residents to the Redwoods Program! We’re excited to invest in the development of DaVita’s future leaders and empower them with the tools, skills, and community they need to thrive.

Hello! My name is Katie Compton, and I am a Redwoods Summer Analyst on Team PRISM, DaVita’s Procurement Team. I am a rising senior at the University of Notre Dame double majoring in Economics and Global Affairs. I am originally from Orlando, Florida but now I am in Denver for the summer. I’m so excited to share with you all about DaVita Redwoods as one of the Social Media Ambassadors this summer!

Hi everyone! My name is Carlie Peterman, a Redwoods Summer Analyst on the Social Media Ambassador team. I’m an undergraduate student at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan — Go Blue! I’m very excited to be one of the Redwoods Social Media Ambassadors this summer. Graduation was a busy yet fulfilling week that included their final Eureka project report outs with an executive panel, a happy hour with the 2025 Summer Associates, DaVita leaders speaking on topics like leadership and coaching… and so much more!
