While I was in Breckenridge to kick off the 2021 Annual Behavioral Health Training Conference at Beaver Run Resort, I also presented a session titled "The Power of Gratitude: A Business Case for Positive Psychology" to a packed room full of professionals seeking to make the most out of each day with data, examples, and hands-on activities to appreciate and document all that there is to be grateful for.
