Our building was built specifically to be a Waldorf early childhood setting with a round classroom and many windows through which the children may peep and the sun can shine in. ell-ordered and rhythmical so that artistic, social, structured, and free play activities are all given their due. We sit down for a wholesome, organic snack each day and enjoy each other’s company! Our grounds are generous in size with mature trees growing all around the perimeter. This provides the children with a feeling of being in the woods and allows them daily access to nature. There is plenty of room for the children to spread out and enjoy outdoor play – building in the woodpile, digging and planting in the garden, getting to know the worms and roly-polys and Squirrel Nutkin, making “campsites” in the woods, playing imaginative games among the plants and flowers, and of course, swinging, sliding and riding trikes. Faculty and staff are committed to creating one of the best preschools in Denver. Through our rich and varied program, children grow, develop, and gain the strength and confidence needed to step into the wider world.
