This new apprenticeship degree offers a seamless pathway for upward mobility in the industry. I proclaimed this week as concurrent enrollment week, where students can take tuition-free college courses while still enrolled in high school, saving money in college tuition for both students and parents, and giving a pathway to higher education for all students. 18% of Colorado high school students are currently taking a concurrent enrollment course, and we look forward to seeing this number continue to grow.
