I work with the homeless population, giving aid to heal the problems associated with homelessness; despair, loss of hope, addiction, depression, and anti-social tendencies. If a child doesn’t feel worthy of love, worth the effort, then why would said child reasonably be expected to give at all, something they do not at all know, truly exists?
