Happy Valentines Day. Wishing everyone a happy and healthy day 💜♥️

Valentines is almost here so why not take Friday night out and drop the kids off to us! Friday February 10th from 5:30-8:30pm. Drop the kids off to have an evening full of fun, games, bounce house, pizza and more! Cost is $40 per kid ($5 if you bring a guest)

Unfortunately, Master Kellye and Shijo both have the terrible flu!

We sincerely apologize, but to make sure everyone is safe, we will need to resume classes on Saturday February 4th.

Please wish them a speedy recovery, and we will see you all on Saturday Feb 4th for classes.

The New Year means a new YOU. Have you or your kids always wanted to try out martial arts? Come and try a class for free! We offer classes for all ages and entry levels. Do something new this year and stop in for your free class.

We hope everyone has a safe and fun holiday season. Kicking For Life will be closed for Winter Break December 19th- 31st. See you next year karate fam!
