For Charu, her role as a preschool teacher is multifaceted. “I foster a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for young children," share's Charu. "I also design activities that encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and language development, while building strong partnerships with families and colleagues. I am committed to ensuring every child feels valued and included.”

Our children at Tamara M. Sparks Early Learning Center have enjoyed participating in sensory activities—they have been learning about and playing with water, sand, and snow!

Bengi shares that her role as an early childhood educator allows her to support children not only academically, but emotionally and socially as well. Originally from Turkey, Bengi brings a diverse perspective to this work and has spent the past 10 years working with infants and preschool-aged children. “Over the years, I have developed a deep passion for understanding how we learn, why we behave the way we do, and how we grow. I strongly believe that the foundation for a happy and successful life begins in early childhood, and I feel honored to be a part of each child’s journey during these formative years.”
