Our graduation ceremony is a perfect time to show case what the students have learned during the school year. This 2023/2024 school year, our preschool classrooms had geography class once a week. Our ECE-4 students presented Spain for our graduation and had a special Sevilla Holandesa performance. Our ECE-3 students presented Mexico, some dancing Jarabe Tapatio and some signing Cielito Lindo. On top of all those fantastic things, one of our ECE-4 students had a master of ceremony role. We are blown away!

CLC had a new goal and vision in mind for the 2023/2024 school year. We are already known for being a Spanish Immersion childcare center… But what if CLC students could read Spanish by the age of 4? This video represents what CLC has accomplished in just 1 academic school year with our new curriculum. Can you imagine the level of Spanish reading comprehension our current infants will have with 3-4 years of exposure to our new curriculum? CLC truly has the best teachers!

As an activity for día del niño which is held in Mexico on April 30th, this year we held our first ever family competition. Our preschool families had the task of creating a cardboard car with their students. The family involvement and creativity blew us away! The students were very happy showing off the cars they had made with their families. 🤗
