IREE is so excited to announce the launch of our SEEDLINGS training! Led by Amber Smith, LPC, this 10-week course supports parents in effectually navigating the emotional lives of their children, understanding their development, and engaging in behaviors that promote self-care, resilience, and stress management so that parents can show up for their children in ways they value. Each course will include knowledge and real-life skill development for mindfulness, self-care, stress reduction and parenting.

Ideal for new and/or expecting parents (including adoptive parents) who are interested in finding ways to regulate their stress and moods, interrupting the negative cycle of intergenerational stress and trauma, identifying skills for assisting children in emotional regulation, this group is designed to allow parents the space to support each other while focusing on their own healing.

The course will be held every Saturday from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon at New Hope Baptist Church in Denver. Seats are filing quickly, so sign up soon.

HELLO DENVER FAMILIES! Are you looking for summer care for your 5-8 year old?
Highlands Academy summer camp program has a few weekly spaces open. We would love to invite you to sign up! Our ADVENTURE CAMP is running 10 weeks, June 6- July 1 (closed July 4-8th) and July 11- August 19th. Camp activities consist of weekly hikes, pool time, and community excursions. While this summer's schedule may look a little different, many of the hikes and field trip locations will be the same.

Our summer camp runs 9-5 Monday- Friday for 5-8 year old students. We provide a sack lunch, morning and afternoon snack. You can sign up for specific weeks, or you can email me [email protected] and sign up for the whole summer if space allows. The weekly cost is $500. You can sign up here:
