LXTC Lacrosse Training Center LXTC Lacrosse Training Center LLC is based upon on a tradition of excellence within the game.

LXTC, previously known as Tierney Lacrosse LLC, was founded by Bill Tierney, Trevor Tierney and Matt Brown in 2009, when the three coaches took over the University of Denver men's lacrosse program. Over the past four years, the Denver Pioneers have gone on to reach two NCAA Final Fours and begin to build their legacy as a national power. The three men who led this emergence for the Pioneers are a

few of the most accomplished coaches and players in the game of lacrosse. Bill Tierney is a Hall of Fame lacrosse coach who has won six NCAA National Championships, one FIL World Championship and coached many All-Americans. Trevor Tierney is the only goalie in the history of the game to have won a NCAA National Championship, a MLL Championship and a FIL World Championship. Matt Brown is a former professional player in both the MLL and NLL and is recognized as one of the great young offensive coaches in the game. These three bring an amazing amount of experience, knowledge and passion to the game. LXTC is built upon their dedication and life-long love for the game and its' community. At the same time that they were building their Denver Pioneers team, these coaches began working with the Colorado lacrosse community and created multiple lacrosse programs for young lacrosse players to participate in. LXTC is the cumulation of that hard work and includes the Denver Pioneers Lacrosse Camps, the Denver Elite club lacrosse teams and the Denver USBOXLA box lacrosse leagues. Through these programs, LXTC offers the premier lacrosse developmental program for youth and high school players in Colorado on a year-round basis. These programs are built upon the same building blocks that has brought the University of Denver so much success. The LXTC founders and coaches believe in running a program that is based on integrity and are dedicated to helping young men reach their full potential on and off the field. There is simply no place in the world where a player can get better instruction and guidance in the game.

Congratulations to DE 2027 Mid, Gavin Jenkins, on his recent commitment to Belmont Abbey College! Gavin is a quick, athletic versatile midfielder who brings two-way ability to any roster. His tenacity and IQ allow him to be a formidable presence on the defensive end as a SSDM, whilst along with his strong stick skills, Gavin’s speed & athleticism make him a valuable asset for offensive transition and settled sets. Most of all, Gavin possesses a work ethic like no other, routinely being the first player on the field and the last player off. We are proud to announce a strategic partnership of Denver Pride Lacrosse with West Coast Starz to launch the West Coast Starz Girls Western Regional Platform!

This groundbreaking initiative unites two of the Front Range’s premier programs to provide elite female lacrosse players with a clear, centralized pathway to regional representation and college recruitment.

“We are excited to evolve the landscape for our players,” said Trevor Tierney, Co-Founder and CEO of LXTC Lacrosse. “By aligning our programs within this unified regional pipeline, we are providing our girls with high-end training and coaching on a local level, along with national visibility and exposure.”

There is simply no better way to improve upon fundamentals, stick work, athleticism and toughness than to play box lacrosse.

Tryouts will be held Sunday, March 1st at Westridge Recreation Center.

-NOVICE (3rd/4th Grade): 1:00-2:15pm
-PEEWEE (5th/6th Grade): 1:00-2:15pm
-BANTAM (7th/8th Grade): 2:15-3:30pm
-MIDGET (9th/10th Grade): 3:30-4:45pm
-HS ELITE (11th/12th Grade): 3:30-4:45pm

The 2026 FREE Spring DU Lacrosse Coaches Clinic is open for registration! 🥍

This will be led by Head Coach Matt Brown and the Denver Men’s Lacrosse coaching staff and is open to all youth, high school, and club coaches.

This clinic will provide coaches with an opportunity to learn skills, philosophies, drills and knowledge applicable to coaching lacrosse at all levels.

Denver Elite is the ONLY boys club lacrosse program in the US which is directly affiliated with a Division I men’s lacrosse team — the University of Denver Pioneers!

And now we’re offering youth players in graduation years 2033-2036 (current 2nd through 5th graders) the opportunity to participate in an on-field clinic with the DU Pioneers coaches and players, so you can learn more about our incredible partnership.

We are proud to announce that we are offering a FREE Box Lacrosse Clinic with DU Head Coach Matt Brown & Denver Elite Box Coaches! 🥍

Box lacrosse is the best way for young players to enhance their skills and Denver Elite Box is the ONLY boys club lacrosse program in the US which is directly affiliated with a Division I men’s lacrosse team - the University of Denver Pioneers!

Congratulations to DE 2026 LSM/Def, John Brooks, on his recent commitment to Mercyhurst University! John brings a surplus of size and strength to any defensive role. His tenacity and feet allow him to consistently remain on hands and create turnovers, causing havoc against opposing attackmen and midfielders. Along with his strong stick skills, John’s speed, athleticism and groundball ability make him a valuable asset off the wings. We are proud of John, and looking forward to watching his career as a Laker!
