With over two decades dedicated to my own personal growth journey and 23 years of sobriety, I bring a wealth of hard-earned experience and compassionate empathy to my practice. My coaching approach is a unique blend of spiritual strength, 12-step principles, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed therapies, providing a holistic path to personal transformation. I help clients build resilience, develop self-assurance, and create actionable roadmaps for lasting change. Outside of coaching, I'm an avid skier and traveler, finding inspiration in nature's beauty and always open to new experiences.
