Colorado has made significant strides in psychedelic policy!

Colorado passed Proposition 122 in 2022, which decriminalized the personal possession and use of certain psychedelics, including:
🍄Magic Mushrooms (Psilocybin)
🌀DMT
🌵Mescaline (excluding pe**te)
🌳Ibogaine

The law allows for personal possession, personal use, sharing and cultivation.

Colorado is also developing licensed "healing centers" where psychedelic experiences can occur and are set to begin operations this year.
