This past Friday night, members of Denver West HS color guard team combined efforts with MSU ROTC and provided their services at the Avalanche game. Great job, guys!

Congrats to the three new shooters who showed up early on Saturday morning to compete in the Centennial novice shooter competition. They did extremely well and we’re super proud of their efforts. Go West Marksmanship Team!

Train them young! Middle school students learn the fundamentals of standing at attention and parade rest, then master the proper salute. Leadership begins with learning to follow.

In a marksmanship class, students learn about some of the equipment that precision firers wear during competitive matches. New firers have their first match in only 3 weeks!
