Friday, July 14, 2026 is Foam Noodle Sparring & Sparring Extravaganza Parents' Night Out!

Parents, bring your kids to us for an evening of fun! Kids will play sword noodle sparring and lots of sparring games. Students should bring their sparring helmets with them so we can have extra for siblings or buddies to use. Your kids will have a great time and you will too!

Date: Friday, July 24th

Time: Drop off is at 6:15 p.m., pick up is at 9:00 p.m.

Price: $35.00 per child (optional Subway boxed dinner $5.00 includes a 6" sub with chips and a cookie!)

Bring/Wear: Kids should wear comfortable clothing that allows them to be active (a Causby Karate T-shirt and shorts/pants is perfect). Kids should bring their sparring helmet and a sports-style water bottle to stay hydrated during the evening.

Parents: This event is open to your friends' kids too, so feel free to tell them about it! Kids ages 5 and up are welcome!
