Clayton was honored to host Director of the Office of Head Start, Khari Garvin, on our campus yesterday. We discussed programming in our Educare Denver school, showcased our Clayton Cares Market, and toured our beautiful historic campus. Thank you, Head Start, for joining us.

Immersive music program gives low-income students hands-on opportunities Clayton Early Learning students are getting immersed in the arts to help close the education gap.
We are deeply grateful for our partnerships with PNC and Inside the Orchestra. Today, through their kind generosity, we celebrated 20 years of with a live orchestral musical performance. A first-time for many of our children, this immersive experience included an instrumental "petting zoo" to experiment with different kinds of musical instruments.

February has been I Love to Read Month here at Clayton, an annual celebration of the wonder and joy of reading together. This year, educators across different departments participated in fun storytelling sessions with our classrooms. Students and educators alike enjoyed bringing the stories to life in exciting and new ways!
To celebrate , we were honored to host local artist and teacher Vernal Pope at our school today. We "approached art like a child", painting our own masterpieces while exploring her wonderful collection "Mantles and Messengers". As Ms. Pope related, "creativity unlocks purpose" and we are so grateful to her for sharing her talents with us.
Hats off to another Core Values Champion, Bryanna Warren. While rocking her job as our Benefits Administrator in Human Resources, she also co-leads our efforts to advance Clayton's work in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in meaningful ways across the organization.
