Over five courses and wine pairings at the Joy Burns Center, guests will move through a Spanish-fusion menu and service led by Contemporary Cuisine, Managing Human Capital, and Ready for American Hospitality students.

Last week, 8 Fritz Seniors travelled to Sonoma as part of Advanced Beverage II 🍇✨
From Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc to Chardonnay, Merlot, and even some Tempranillo, we had the opportunity to explore a wide range of varietals while learning directly from the people behind the wines. A huge thank you to the wineries and teams who welcomed us, shared their knowledge, and gave us an unforgettable experience in California wine country 🍷💛
