Kindness is brewing in kindergarten, and their hearts are full of giving on this Giving Tuesday! Mrs. Michaud and Mrs. Boian guided the kids in making a warm thank you cup for our SVdP neighbors. The children traced, cut out and colored their hand prints then attached them to a fall cup with a note expressing “warm thanks from SVdP.” Then they wrapped a hot cider packet in tissue and placed it in the cups! The half day kiddos walked around to deliver to the neighbors!
It is always warming to see how big the smiles are as they learn to think of others and share kindness!
Tis’ the Season!

Happy Thanksgiving Week!! There are so many things to be grateful for! This week, we’re going to highlight some of our SVDPServes projects — get excited! There are some super creative ideas, and some that maybe you can even use at home :) Each year, the 3rd grade project is to celebrate and serve the Dominican Sisters. Last week 3B did some yard work and 3A has been preparing for the feast day of St. Cecilia (patron Saint for the Dominicans) by saying a novena and making table decorations for the Sisters’ special feast day dinner (dinner also provided by class parents! Amazing!) We love our Sisters so much, and are so grateful for how they serve our community!
