EOSS 307 was launched as a 3000g balloon from Deer Trail Colorado at 0730 March 20th carrying student STEM payloads sponsored by the Rocky Mountain National Defense Industrial Association. All payloads were recovered approximately 2.5 miles north of Wiladel Colorado. The balloon achieved a maximum altitude of 104,809 Ft at burst.

EOSS will launch a balloon with National Defense Industrial Association STEM student payloads, and a balloon with EOSS qualification payloads.
EOSS will conduct these flights in memory of Merle McCaslin KØYUK (SK), one of the founders of Edge of Space Sciences. Both balloons will beacon, in Morse Code, "In memory of KØYUK(SK), EOSS original Balloonmeister." Merle will be missed

EOSS will launch flight 293 tomorrow morning at 0830 MDT. You can follow along by with EOSS's tracking site track.eoss.org . It will show the balloon's position, and the position of all the trackers as they approach the balloon.

Edge of Space Sciences launched EOSS-292 from Limon, Colorado, and recovered all payloads a few miles southeast of Simla, Colorado in a windfarm. The payloads were flown for Colorado Space Grant consortium for colleges across Colorado, and reached an altitude of over 107,000 feet.

EOSS-279 was launched from Deer Trail, Colorado on Oct 13, 2018. Student payloads sponsored by the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association (ndiarmc.org) were recovered northeast of Wiladel, Colorado.
