TONIGHT: Minor Disturbance's first Qualifying Slam of the year! Come out to Mercury Cafe Denver--2199 California St, Denver, CO 80205 and read on the open mic or compete in the slam* (ages 13-19)!

*Winner of the slam qualifies for the Grand Slam in April + $25. Remember, coming out and participating always counts towards qualifying.

Ben graduated from CU Boulder this last May with a degree in Communication and has a passion for composing and dance. His music style emphasizes telling a story and capturing a feeling or moment. He has had the opportunity to perform with Side by Side Dance Company, Tricking Tribe, Denver Taiko, and Peter Kino Aquino through events like TED x Mile High and Murmuration.
JON SHOCKNESS
Jon Shockness (Kid Astronaut) is an artist from Denver, Co. His music is described as cosmic soul and explores themes of love, connection, the universe and expansion both within and outward into the great beyond.
