"In order to prepare students for work, we must create and embrace a new paradigm designed to work for ALL students, and to better prepare them for career success. In this session, we will assess 1) what is needed to have in place a more cohesive, flexible and responsive career preparation ecosystem, 2) how to draw upon and leverage today’s systems’ greatest assets and push for new models of collaboration, and 3) promote learner-centric design and delivery, with funding and accountability that create the right incentives and supports."
