There’s nothing quite like Friday Night Lights at De La Salle Stadium.

Last night was Mullen at its best! From the Community Tailgate to the incredible crowd in the stands, you could feel the Mustang energy all night. And the perfect ending? Our Mustangs kicked off the at home season with a WIN over A-West!

Thank you to everyone who came out, brought the energy and made our first home game of the year one to remember. This is what it means to be part of the Mullen community.

Mustangs, let’s kick off the first home football game of the year TOGETHER!

Lasallian Student Life, Athletics, Student Council and the Mullen Parents’ Association invite students, families, alumni and friends to join us for a community tailgate in the Senior Lot.

Bring your favorite tailgate food, games, chairs and tents. Most importantly come ready to connect with your Mustang community before cheering on Mullen Football!

The Mustang Outfitters Store will also be open, so you can stock up on Mullen gear before the game.

We are once again participating in Colorado Youth Sports Giving Day on September 1, 2026. The $1 MILLION match starts at exactly 6:00 p.m. We invite every member of our community (families, alumni, grandparents, friends and fans) to join us in supporting Mullen student-athletes.

Every gift goes directly to the Mullen athletic program you select, helping provide meaningful opportunities, resources and experiences for our Mustangs. You may support a specific sport or allow your gift to benefit Mullen Athletics as a whole.

Join us for Grandparents Day Mass & Brunch, on Sunday, September 13th at 10:00am. This special morning is dedicated to celebrating faith and family together.

Grandparents hold a special place in our families, sharing traditions, wisdom, and values that guide us from one generation to the next. We look forward to honoring those special connections while enjoying Mass, brunch, and quality time together.

As we wrapped up the school year, we had the honor of recognizing Mrs. Patricia Campbell. Patti gave 12 years and over $1.5 million in billable hours. She helped build and lead our Mock Trial team from the ground up alongside Tammy Christensen, shaping the next generation of critical thinkers, advocates, and leaders. Her gift of time, expertise, and passion has left a permanent mark on this school.

As St. John Baptist de La Salle reminds us: "It is a great art to know how to guide young people." Mrs. Campbell didn't just know that art; she mastered it.

In recognition of her extraordinary contribution, we are proud to dedicate Welter Hall N202 in her name. A small gesture for an immeasurable impact.
