Asbury Elementary is a Kindergarten through 5th grade diverse school of nestled in the University of Denver neighborhood where every day, the staff at Asbury is afforded the opportunity to support the academic and emotional growth of the students we serve. As you visit our school you will notice our dedicated staff presenting lessons by using technology to engage our students. We strive to make ou
r students independent in their thinking and encourage them to develop critical thinking skills in trans-disciplinary instruction. The collaboration between the parents, staff and community exemplifies the dedication to Asbury’s success. We are fortunate to have many parent volunteers to help in the classrooms, in our gardens, organizing activities outside the school day and assist in setting goals in our Unified Improvement Plan. Our PTA provides fun family events, while raising money to support activities for students to purchase needed supplies and to support classroom technology. Asbury Elementary School is a wonderful learning community thanks to its’ committed staff, highly-involved parents and hardworking students. Together we create an excitement and love for learning designed to last a lifetime.
