The best music school in Colorado! Pirisen Music Lessons is family owned and operated, and opened its doors in January of 2016.
Located in ~2500 square feet of commercial space in Denver's Central Park neighborhood, Pirisen Music Lessons (formerly Stapleton Music Lab) is home to musical activities and instruction for students of all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to provide services to our community that will build the foundation of a musical life, and we do so by offering an experimental, collaborative approach to music education. 🎹 We Have a New Teacher at Pirisen! 🎤
Please join us in welcoming Andrew Hanrahan to the Pirisen Music Lessons team!
Andrew will be teaching piano and voice, and brings an impressive background as both a performer and educator. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Music, summa cm laude, from the Setnor School of Music at Syracuse University and is a classically trained baritone and pianist.
Andrew has performed a wide range of repertoire from Baroque and Classical works to contemporary and sacred music, and most recently served as a church music director, playing pipe organ for multiple weekly services and coaching vocalists.
He also has extensive experience as a pit pianist for musical theater, performing in productions including Sweeney Todd, Pippin, Annie, and The Little Mermaid.
We’re so excited for our students to learn from Andrew and for him to be part of the Pirisen community! 🎶

Kyungmi is an award-winning concert pianist who has performed internationally, including at Carnegie Hall, and brings both exceptional artistry and a deep passion for teaching students of all ages and levels.
