April 21, 2023 The day we began construction on our campus expansion! Thanks and our Bison families who celebrated with us!

Fancy dresses, loads of twirls, and daddy, daughter fun made this dance once to remember!

Prioritizing community, it’s how we roll! Thanks to all the moms and sons who made this such a fun afternoon and to the Bison Love team for making it happen!

Last Friday our elementary students gathered for Salute to Service, a special chapel where we invite veterans, active military, and first responders to honor and thank them for keeping us and our country safe.

Emily has earned the following awards: 2 Varsity Letters in basketball and 2 Varsity Letters in soccer as well as the Spiritual Impact award for basketball her sophomore year.

Emily plans to pursue her certification to become a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She will then work as a personal trainer to become an independent contractor through sports medicine.

Nick plans to join his father's company, Freedom Soft, where he will run the customer support team.

He has received the following awards: In Football: 3 Varsity Letters, Honorable Mention (10th), 1st Team All Conference (11th), Academic All Conference (3x), Football Academic All State (2x) In Basketball: 2 Varsity Letters, Academic All Conference (2x), Academic All State (2x) In Academics: was on High Honor Roll all four years of high school and is a member of National Honors Society

Trevor has earned the Mines Medal of Achievement and scholarship for $1,000 and plans to attend Colorado School of Mines to pursue a degree in Engineering.

Noah has received the following awards: From Football: 4 Varsity Letters, All-Conference Honorable Mention, Academic All-Conference (3x), Academic All-State (2x); From Basketball: 4 Varsity Letters, 2nd Team All-Conference(2x), Academic All-Conference (4x); Academic All State (2x); and in Academics: was a member of National Honors Society, was on High Honor Roll all four years and is the class of 2021 Valedictorian.

Noah has over $46,000 in scholarships for Merit and School Partnerships to Grand Canyon University. Noah plans to attend Grand Canyon University to pursue a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, and participate in several sports related extracurriculars.

Jocelyn has received the following recognition: A varsity letter in cheer and well as being part of the yearbook staff.

Jocelyn has earned a $40,000 Honor’s scholarship to Colorado Christian University and will attend there in the fall to pursue a degree in Theology.

Emily plans to attend Red Rocks Community College in the fall and then transfer to a four year college to pursue a degree in Business and Photography. She plans to start her own photography Business and hopes to travel the country for her photography business.

Cody Koehn

Cody has received the following awards: 2 varsity letters in football, 2 varsity letters in basketball, 2 Varsity letters in Baseball, Baseball Honorable mention all conference, Football honorable mention all conference, and was on High Honor Roll all 4 years of high school.

Cody has received over $190,000 in scholarships from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University for Merit and Athletics and plans to attend there to play baseball and earn a Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering.

Micaela Jourden
Flatirons Academy Class of 2021

Micaela plans on attending Austin Community College and majoring in Interior Design. After college, she plans to take her passion for interior design and begin her own business.

Michaiah Jones

Micky has received the following awards: Three Varsity letters in track, was Vice President of Student Council in 12th grade, and was the 3rd Place district finalist for Future Business Leaders of America in 10th grade

Micky plans to pursue a degree in graphic arts and marketing at Front Range Community College and then transfer to a 4-year college, in hopes to gain more experience and eventually teach in that field. She feels that she’ll best be able to use her gifts of leadership, teaching, and hospitality to make an impact for Christ in this field.

Abigail Horn
Flatirons Academy Class of 2021

Abigail has earned a Scholarship in the amount of $15,000 and plans to attend Utah State University and major in Communication Studies with an intent to go into event planning or public relations.

Savana Kascak
Flatirons Academy Class of 2021

Savana has earned the following awards: 4 varsity letters in basketball, 2 time second-team all-conference in basketball, captain of the varsity basketball team for 3 years, and High Honor roll all 4 years of high school.

Savana has received $67,000 in scholarship offers and plans to use her “Crimson Athletic scholarship” in the amount of $27,000 to attend Hastings College in Nebraska, play basketball, and major in Criminology, with a minor in either political science or economics to pursue a career as a lawyer and possibly a judge.

Bryn Durrill

Soccer: 4 Varsity Letters, Honorable Mention 2018, Honorable Mention 2019, and was in CHSAA State Semi-Finals
Volleyball: 4 Varsity Letters, Captain 2019, Honorable Mention 2019, Honorable Mention 2021
Basketball: 4 Varsity Letters, First Team All-Conference Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Year. League Champion’s 2020 and 2021. State Champion’s 2021.
Team All-State Senior Year. Captain of the team all four years. Currently holds the school's highest-scoring record with 1,253 career points.

Bryn notes, “Every year since 2nd grade the faculty and staff have loved me and challenged me, holding me accountable for my growth at every turn. From academics to athletics, or adventures and service opportunities, my time here has required that I remain teachable, coachable, humble and service-minded as I maintained relationships with peers, teachers, and most importantly - God. As I move into my adult years, my hope is to represent Christ as well as I can through my thoughts, words, and actions. I want to reflect God's love for people in all I do.”

Bryn has received almost $300,000 in scholarship offers and plans to use her Merit and Athletic scholarship from Wheaton College in the amount of $18,700. Bryn plans to play basketball at Wheaton College and pursue a Bachelor’s Degree.

Basketball: 1 varsity letter Academic: 4x High Honor Roll; National Honors Society

Jacob plans to attend Nebraska Wesleyan University to play football and study Pre- Physical Therapy.

Dev plans to attend Front Range Community College for two years to earn an Associates in Business and then transfer to a 4-year college to earn a Business degree in order to work in residential real estate.

Wyatt has received the following awards: 4 Varsity Letters in Football; 1st Team All-Conference for Football in 2019; All-State Football in 2019; was 2021 Football Captain; was on Student Council Freshman Year; 4 Varsity letters in Basketball; and 1 Varsity letter in Baseball

Wyatt has received $50,000 in scholarship offers and plans to attend Colorado State University in the Fall to major in Liberal Arts with a minor in Real Estate.
