Over 100 Ukrainian artists worked inside a war zone to animate the film "Ash and Crayons." Evgeny Afineevsky, Oscar-nominated for "Winter on Fire," built it around seven children who kept making things while everything around them came apart. It screens at The Cube on Friday, September 11, two months before it reaches U.S. theaters. Presented in partnership with Ukrainians of Colorado.
