Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, Chef Laith brings precision, passion, and mentorship into every kitchen he steps into. A proud Cook Street graduate himself, his experience includes kitchens like Coperta, Rosetta Hall, and Point Easy — with culinary interests spanning pasta, Middle Eastern cuisine, and classic French technique 🍝🔪
One of his favorite parts of teaching? Watching students reach that moment when everything finally clicks and they begin thinking like true professionals.
Favorite thing to cook: “Onions. They’re the base of almost every savory dish — a universal connection between cooks across all cuisines.” 🧅✨
