7 years since I finally made it to my first Burn.

4 years since I last stepped foot on the playa.

I considered going to the Renegade the last 2 years but held off.

Not every year has been a Burning Man year. Although, I’m always game to sing its praises.

Thus far in my life I’ve only attended this festival in the midst of large life transitions.

This year is no exception.

Burning Man is no joke.

It takes a lot of energy to make it there. It takes a lot of energy to make it period.

BM is an extremely powerful collective ritual. It’s a massive party, yes. But it’s so much more than that. It’s a pilgrimage.

I’m honored and stoked to be returning for what I can already feel is going to be a very special year.

To be creating a massive city again where we amplify the full range of human and divine experience together.

To commemorate our grief and loss by making our collective offerings at the Temple. Sending our personal and collective prayers and intentions out together throughout the week and particularly as we watch the Temple Burn on the final night.

The magic of tens of thousands of people in one place bringing so much of their creative energy is undeniable.

It’s been a beautiful week leading up to Beltane/ May Day!

This time is so dear to my witchy heart!!!

Today, Beltane, the seed has progressed from the state of potential where it lay at Imbolc to conception! 🌱

Life blooms around us at this time of peak Spring!

In the mythos of this Sabbat, THIS is the time that the Spring Maiden and the Stag Horn God conceive a divine child (ever heard the story of King Arthur?).

Beltane is the Celtic Sabbat opposite Samhain/ Halloween.

Like Halloween, it is considered a very powerful day for witches.

The veils are thin. The fairies play along with us! 🧚🏻‍♀️

It is also the beginning of Summer.

Beltane translates to Bright Fire.

Vibrancy bursts through all around us and brings it forth within us too.

As we honor the fertility of this planet, we honor that force within each of us too.

This is a wonderful day to celebrate, make love and create!

May we all find a little bit of this yummy magic in your lives today! ✨

I just returned home from an incredibly memorable weekend in Austin at Mostly Woke Festival!

The part that blew me away the most was how deeply the humans in attendance knew how to celebrate feminine gifts and expression!

It was a truly special experience and it just so happens that it was also Easter weekend.

As a lover of spirituality that honors balance, this post is a reminder that the Easter morning story is one that actually honors that powerful force known as feminine intuition.

Mary Magdalene is the one who finds that Jesus is no longer in his tomb and senses that his body hasn’t just been moved but rather that he has risen.

As Jesus’s kononos, she could feel his presence amongst them again.

She trusted her inner knowing.

We all have access to this kind of trust.

Helping clients hone in on and grow their unique version of this inner knowing is one of the core tenets of my 1:1 work.

It’s an absolute pleasure to support people in this part of their growth.

The time is ripe for our community to gather and witness together the loss of beloved life, structure and land from the Marshall Fire.

We, as adults, elders, children, and animals have gone through something quite traumatic.

The community response has been beautiful to behold and we gather for a ceremony to offer a different type of healing space.

Let us join together one month after the fires came to this land, Sunday, January 30th at 1pm, for a Community Healing and Remembrance Ceremony. Location TBD.

An old me. 20 years old. On the stairs of a house built for dreaming by a Jungian. Right on the cliffs of an island in Maine. This cabin has been in my family since before I was born.

The work I do now, so Jungian in nature, feels incredibly bolstered by the time spent in there with all of Jung’s books on the shelves. With such deep intention built into the foundation. Such memories alive in that woodwork.

I’m wearing my Grandmother’s rabbit fur hat that I just rediscovered it in my childhood bedroom closet a few weeks ago. After not wearing it for at least 7 years, it’s been special to reconnect with an ancestor this way.

Here’s to all the memories, dreams and deep connections that help us feel our personal foundation.

My home is safe and I am about to return to it after the devastating fires in my backyard yesterday.

So many have lost so much. It’s been an intense 19 hours.

I'm really grateful for all of the love and support!

I moved to Colorado rather than returning to Oregon 4 years ago, largely, because I felt the fires on their way to Oregon.

The facade of safety I’ve felt living in the suburbia of Louisville is broken.

I’ve woken up to a much more intimate awareness of the current imbalance of our precious home planet today.

As the daughter of environmentalists, my life was dedicated to serving the planet from day one.

My service is different from my parents' but originates from the same call.

I am here to work with people to improve their internal well-being. To help them increase their ability to return to self-love time and time again and embody the truest version of themselves.

I am here to inspire and support shifting our structures of meaning and power to that which is more vibrant, deep, and honest.

I have been honing abilities and craft my entire life. They are what make me me.

I recently said I was only going to take one new client for January but I woke up this morning deeply compelled to open my doors to more clients!

My yearning to be in service has grown overnight.

Doing my work is the most soothing balm for my Soul.

I feel such a sigh of gratitude every time someone asks me to meet them at such a genuine depth.
