“Researchers have been investigating a phenomenon called focus Illusion. People tend to regard certain things in life as necessary for happiness while in fact they aren’t. The term ‘focus Illusion’ comes from the idea that you can be focused on a particular aspect of life, so much so that you can believe that your whole happiness depends on it.”
Interesting thoughts from Ken Mogi’s book “Awakening Your Ikigai.” Is there something that you focus on a little too much? Think about it today, and what truly makes you happy!
