Exploring different massage tools can completely change the feel, flow, and intention behind a treatment. ✨
Kim demonstrates 3 different styles of Synergy Stones and how each shape creates a unique experience throughout the massage. Some allow for broader compression and flowing movements, while others help target smaller areas with more focused pressure and precision.
Synergy Stones can be used either hot or at room temperature, depending on the treatment goals and client preference. 🔥🪨
Working with tools like these helps students expand their bodywork techniques while also supporting ergonomics for the therapist and comfort for the client.
It’s always fascinating to see how something as simple as shape and texture can shift the entire experience of a massage treatment. 🤲

Here’s a reel caption option for DIMS:
Not every client walks into the treatment room with the same history and that’s exactly why education matters.
In this reel, Eric breaks down what a hip replacement is, what may have been done during the procedure, and why understanding a client’s surgical history is so important for massage therapists. Knowing what structures may have been affected helps therapists make thoughtful modifications, support client comfort, and work safely within their scope.
The more you understand the why behind the body, the more confidently you can approach your sessions. 🖤
Table Thai brings movement, stretch, and body awareness into the treatment space in such a unique way ✨
In this clip, Hillary guides a client through a cobra stretch, demonstrating how breath, positioning, and intentional movement can help create a more supported and effective experience.
It’s a beautiful reminder that bodywork is not always stillness. Sometimes the magic is in the movement.
Learning anatomy is all about finding ways to make complex information easier to remember. 💪
In this reel, Richie walks students through the mnemonic SITS to help remember the four rotator cuff muscles:
S SupraspinatusI InfraspinatusT Teres MinorS Subscapularis
Simple memory tools like this can make anatomy feel much more approachable while helping students build a stronger foundation for understanding movement, function, and hands on bodywork.
We love the way Richie breaks concepts down into practical, easy to retain lessons that help students connect classroom knowledge to real world application.

Her commitment to student success and hands-on learning creates an incredible environment for future massage therapists to grow and thrive.
We are so grateful for all that Carol does for our students and internship program. ✨
Breaking It Down with Eric 🤍
One thing we love about Eric’s teaching is how he shows and explains at the same time. It makes everything easier to understand and actually apply.
In this video, he walks through the forearm in a clear, approachable way. He covers the flexors on the inner forearm, the extensors on the outer forearm, the brachioradialis, and the bony ridges near the elbow that help guide your work.
He keeps it simple and focused so you can follow along, understand what you are feeling, and build confidence in your technique.
There’s a difference you can feel.
When someone is truly trained, it shows in how they move.
• Movements are slow, intentional, and purposeful
• Hands stay connected, never rushed
• There is awareness of pressure, pace, and response
• They know when to lean in and when to step back
• They read the smallest shifts in the body
• They adjust without hesitation, without breaking flow
This is where technique meets intuition.
It’s not just about performing a skill.
It’s about listening through your hands and responding in real time.
That level of presence is what transforms bodywork into something deeper.
✨Trigger Point Work for the Masseter✨
Kim is demonstrating trigger point work in the masseter, a technique that can be incredibly supportive for clients holding tension in the jaw from clenching, grinding, or TMJ related discomfort.
In this video, she also shows students how to locate the starting point for this work and approach the area with intention, sensitivity, and care. Thoughtful work in this area may help encourage release and support relaxation through the muscles of mastication.
Our hands and forearms do a lot for us. Repetitive use from typing, gripping, bodywork, and daily tasks can create tension through the arm lines, especially along the inner arm.
In this video, we’re focusing on the first arm line and a plucking technique that can help:
• Release fascial restrictions
• Break up tension patterns
• Support mobility and circulation
• Bring relief to overworked hands and forearms
This area can sometimes feel a little spicy or sensitive, so remember pressure and communication matter.
Small techniques like this can create big shifts.
